Labradoodle is right for you! Please fill out the adoption
application below. Your application helps us select a puppy
that compliments your family and lifestyle.
Applications are registered on a first come first serve basis
secured by a non-refundable $500 deposit/booking fee. We will
contact you after we have received your application on-line.
If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please email or
call at deborah.lee@aussidog.com
or call 847 530-7010. Your deposit can be paid either via
Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account and can pay securely
with a credit card) - go to make a deposit, or by mailing a
check made out to Deborah Lee and mailed to PO Box 413
St. Charles, IL 60174. Once we have received your
application and deposit you will be placed on the litter's
reserve list. We will contact you shortly after the puppies
are born.
Puppy pictures will be posted in our Puppies online journal or
emailed to you. Australian Labradoodles will match
you with a puppy that best suits your needs and work with you
on any travel arrangements that need to be made to welcome
your puppy home. Also, at this time, your final payment will
need to be made by either a check made out to Deborah Lee or
using Visa/Mastercard through our PayPal button (you do not
need a Paypal account). We will send you a Health Warranty
Contract for you to sign and return.
